Truist Equipment Finance named Joe Houston director – originations. Houston will be responsible for corporate and investment banking clients in the energy and utilities vertical along with several other large corporate industry sectors. Houston joins Truist with more than 25 years of financial services experience, most recently at BMO Harris Bank where he covered a six state territory in the southeast.
Houston’s career previously included more than 10 years at SunTrust Equipment Finance as well as origination roles with Capital One Bank, Credit Lyonnais and Stonebriar Commercial Finance primarily with the commercial and large corporate markets. Houston is based out of Atlanta and reports to Craig George – managing director and head of cib originations.
