VirTra Inc. said Friday that it has named Danielle Diaz as its new finance chief.
The firearms-training-simulator company said Ms. Diaz succeeds chief accounting officer Marsha J. Foxx, who has left the company.
VirTra said Ms. Foxx’s departure wasn’t the result of any disagreement with VirTra on any matters relating to its accounting practices or policies.
The company said Ms. Diaz previously held the role of chief financial officer at F&B Manufacturing and Lorts Manufacturing, a custom furniture manufacturer.
